Yoga + Sound Meditation for Balancing Nervous System

Our nervous system functions like the electricity network in our home. It transmits nerve impulses across the brain, spinal cord, glands, muscles and organs to regulate the sensations and activities in our body.

When our nervous system is not functioning optimally, it can cause systemic or chronic health issues that affect our mood, sleep, digestion, metabolism, circulation, and movement. 

Strengthening the nervous system is the best defense to relieve stress and reduce inflammation in the body, as well as calm the mind and increase mental resilience.

In this program, you will learn yoga stretching poses, breathing techniques and meditation practices that help to balance and strengthen the nervous system.

Facilitated by Barbara Goursat, each session ends with a crystal bowl or gong bath meditation to support healing and relaxation.
