Soundscape Meditation with Barbara

Barbara is a leading wellness practitioner specializing in alchemy crystal singing bowl and Tibetan gong sound meditation.  She is also a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki Master teacher and Chi Nei Tsang expert. 

Barbara’s soundscape meditation will take you to a deep inner journey to recharge your body and mind. The session starts with light movement and breathwork in a seated position, followed by a “sound bath” using seven alchemy crystal singing bowls where participants lie on the mat in full relaxation. 

A session with Barbara calms your nervous system, and balances your mind, body and soul. Participants typically experience deep relaxation, and a greater sense of positivity and well-being.
